We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, day services and more.Regional Director will oversee all of Region 5.Benefits:Health, vision and dental insuranceLife Insurance401k plan with company matchTuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off and Sick Time PayFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Advancement OpportunitiesEmployee Discountsand MoreJob Responsibilities:Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points.Maintain quality outcome dataReviews all critical incidents and incidents of physical interventionMaintain client confidentiality.Maintain contact and collaborate with other stakeholders within the regionAssist in the development of an annual operational budget for the region’s crisis assistance program within the levels of contractual funding.Operate the region’s crisis assistance program within the established operational budget guidelines.Must report any suspected abuse, neglect per DBHDD guidelines.Serves as the primary liaison with DBHDD for assigned region(s)Conduct regular staff meetings and trainingsAttend agency and DBHDD meetings as directedFor a full and complete list, please contact HRQualifications:Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or a related fieldMinimum of 35 hours training and education in behavioral analysis and behavioral supports or Behavioral Analyst Board Certification.At least 2 years' experience with behavioral supports evaluation and services for people with developmental disabilitiesMinimum of 1 year of supervision experienceValid driver’s license and auto insuranceCertification and ongoing training in crisis intervention curriculumMaintain valid CPR and First Aid CertificationPreferred:3 years' experience as Behavior Analyst working with individuals with IDD who are in crisisExperience with budget managementKnowledge of DBHDD service system3 years' experience supervising professional clinical staffInterested candidates can apply online at /CareersBenchmark Human Services is an EOE/AAP Employer.
