This role involves supporting the establishment and execution of departmental goals, as well as supervising the creation of intricate designs, plans, specifications, and budgets related to various engineering services. The Supervising Engineer is responsible for managing extensive civil engineering domains such as roadways, traffic systems, water resources, storm drainage, and sanitation, and may also offer contract City Engineer services.Experience:Proven work experience as a Civil Engineering Supervisor or similar role for 10+ years.Experience with Municipal projects.Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.Ability to read, interpret, and create technical documents and drawings.Strong project management skills.Presence in the community through conferences, proposal interviews, city planning meetings, and other state business events.BS degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.Possess a Professional Engineering (PE) license.Benefits: Coastland | DCCM offers a highly competitive compensation package based on experience.
