The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Distribution Center with a focus on Outbound Operations. This leader will accept and embrace the responsibilities of building and retaining a highly skilled, motivated and diverse team to deliver business, people and community results in a rapidly changing supply chain environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday, Second shift role What you'll be doing: Act as an expert in standard operations plans and processes Support Sr DC Manager in process deep dives and root cause analysis to deliver on balanced Key Performance Indicators related to: Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Cost Streamline operations utilizing process flow mapping, KPIs, risk assessments, and other continuous improvement functions to develop corrective action plans to resolve barriers.
