In this role, you’ll take ownership of project coordination, technical documentation, and client interaction for a variety of manufacturing, logistics, and operations-focused facilities.If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are ready to take the next step in leading projects from concept through construction — we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoManage day-to-day project coordination, documentation, and communicationLead portions of the design process under the guidance of senior leadershipCollaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals and timelines are metProduction of construction documentsPerform code analysis, site planning, and compliance with industrial facility standardsContribute to project scheduling, budgeting, and construction administration activitiesMentor junior team members and support continuous improvement in project deliveryWhat You BringA professional degree in Architecture and 3–7 years of relevant experienceExperience with concrete tilt wall construction in the industrial, manufacturing, or logistics sectors (preferred)Proficiency in Revit, familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM coordination workflowsStrong technical understanding of building systems and design requirementsAbility to manage tasks independently while maintaining close team collaborationExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Architectural license or progress toward licensure (preferred)Benefits Include Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Flexible/hybrid work options Professional development and licensure support Collaborative, technical, and team-focused work cultureAt Randall-Paulson Architects, we’re dedicated to creating efficient, sustainable, and high-performing industrial environments that support the people and processes inside them.
