This role offers hybrid flexibility and requires strong leadership and technical expertise in payroll management. Key Responsibilities Oversee payroll operations for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cycles across multiple locations. Manage and optimize ADP systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Lead and mentor payroll team members, providing guidance and development. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. Handle complex payroll issues and drive process improvements. Qualifications ADP experience is required. Proven management experience leading payroll teams. Expertise in multi-cycle payroll processing (weekly, biweekly, monthly). Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
