Staff Accountant Requirements: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Showcase proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar capacity. Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, and Microsoft Excel. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. CPA certification or progress towards it is advantageous.
