The Auditing & Coding Analyst plays a key role in strengthening the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our clinical and billing practices. Key ResponsibilitiesAudit encounters, claims, and documentation for accuracy and complianceIdentify trends, errors, and improvement opportunities using audit toolsProvide education and feedback to providers and staff on documentation and codingSupport internal compliance initiatives and joint audit projectsCollaborate with patient accounting on denials, rejections, and reimbursement accuracyStay current on CPT, ICD-10, and E/M documentation standardsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise Highs School/GED required WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • At least two (2) years’ experience working knowledge of coding and billing functions including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance in a healthcare environment • Experience in EHR, ICD, DSM V, and Excel preferred • Current knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding classification systems LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION xhmxlyz Certified Professional Coder (CPC) You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:Enjoy working with clinical data, documentation, and quality standardsTake pride in accuracy, organization, and regulatory complianceCommunicate clearly and confidently with both clinical and administrative teamsAre energized by meaningful, behind-the-scenes work that supports patient access and high-quality careWant to grow your career in a collaborative, nonprofit healthcare environmentIND 2
