We are SparksoftROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop high-end quality work in a fast-paced and process-driven environment, while meeting deadlines and client expectations for creativity, quality, and accuracyConceptualize and interpret proposal graphics and create/edit high-end graphics to convert various types of messaging and content provided into appealing and exciting designs that explain complex narratives into easily digestible visualizationsManage all graphics created within a library that is easily searchable and available for reuse / reference for future updates of similar conceptsCreate and enhance graphics for and implement animated PowerPoint presentationsInteract with Proposal Managers to determine resource and procedural requirementsDevelop graphical covers, headers and footers that represent the company brandEnsure all graphics are following consistent brandingParticipate in quality reviews to ensure latest graphics are included in the proposalAttend and participate in kickoff, daily status and review meetingsCreate, edit, and reformat client deliverable documents and executive-level presentationsInfluence the visual presentation and feel of final products implementing creative design / document layout optionsMaintain a high degree of quality control through self-proofing and adhering to process guidelines / regulationsSpeed & accuracy are utmost importance in a fast-paced work environmentREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years advanced software expertise in Adobe Creative suite (Required: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign experience)3-5 years of advanced software expertise in Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS, Excel, SharePoint)Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to ensure deadlines are metAbility to work under tight deadlines with strict attention to detailHighly organized and strong understanding of content structuring for graphical database managementPREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience with Federal Proposals as a graphic designer508 Compliance knowledge/exposureFoundational education in Visual/Graphic DesignVideo editing/animation experience is preferredKnowledge of video editing software and plugins (Final Cut Pro, Compressor, Premiere, After Effects, Red Giant/Maxon, Media Encoder, Handbrake) preferredExperience creating infographics a plusLogo Design experienceKnowledge of website design and development a plusEDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in graphical design, visual communication, or related field3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally with at least 1 year experience in the development of government proposalsWHAT WE OFFER: At Sparksoft, we know that people do their best work when they feel supported, inspired, and connected.
