What You'll Do Embrace a user-centric approach to create natural data that reflects realistic AI use cases. Evaluate AI outputs by analyzing and ranking responses generated by large language models. Participate in a variety of projects that best fit your unique skills and experience. What We're Looking For Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in crafting complex, professional-level prompts and assessing intricate AI reasoning. Exceptional Writing Ability: Clear, concise, and engaging writing to articulate your evaluations or critiques. Meticulous Attention to Detail: A dedicated focus on accuracy and a keen ability to evaluate the technical aspects of AI model outputs. Nice to Have Experience in fields such as literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, and more. Previous roles in writing or editorial positions (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.). A genuine interest in AI, machine learning, or creative technology tools. Compensation & Logistics Base Rate: Up to $15/hour USD, influenced by experience. Performance Bonuses: Additional pay available based on project outcomes. Employment Type: Freelance/1099 contract - this is not an internship. Location: 100% remote. Schedule: Flexible hours - you determine your own work schedule. Payouts: Weekly payments through our secure platform. This role is a freelance opportunity compensated on an hourly basis. We do not provide internships as this is strictly a freelance position. You must be legally authorized to work in your country of residence, and we will not offer employment sponsorship as this is a 1099 contract role. However, international students on a visa may have the option to apply. Please consult your tax and immigration advisor for specific guidance.
