The role focuses on enhancing the educational experience of students by addressing their cognitive, emotional, and social needs.Location: Kinston, NCSchool Type: PreK-12Job Duration: Contract through June 5th, 2026Work Hours: 25-30 hours per weekStart Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students strengths and areas for intervention Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop appropriate educational plans and interventions Provide direct counseling and behavioral support to students as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute expert psychological perspectives Assist with crisis response and general mental health promotion within the school community Qualifications and Skills: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in North Carolina Experience working with diverse student populations across PreK-12 grade levels Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and intervention techniques Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Availability to interview xhmxlyz Friday between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM Benefits and Perks: Flexible part-time schedule allowing work-life balance Opportunity to make a significant impact on student outcomes in a supportive school environment Collaborative team atmosphere fostering professional growth Interested candidates who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply promptly to be considered for interview scheduling next week.
