Senior Financial AnalystA high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the team About the Company: Senior Financial Analyst Health management services company founded in 1919 with headquarters located in Chicago Company with a network of 4 hospitals, 17 community clinics, 1 community institute, and 1 nationally recognized research institute all serving communities on Chicago's West and Southwest sides Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth and development Nice culture, leadership team is approachable Competitive salary Target salary range 90-110k based off experience level Responsibilities: Senior Financial Analyst Assist with the improvement of consolidated financial reporting, analysis, and planning efforts Automate and improve data integrity and delivery, inform planning decisions, support operational and clinical performance tracking, and incorporate improved reimbursement and costing data Build and maintain strong relationships with the larger Finance department, Data Analytics (IT), and Operational leadership teams to achieve goals and inform data decisions Coordinate and implement improvements to financial and operational analytics, initiative and project tracking, benchmarking, costing data Improvement and progression of financial data, databases, and reporting, in coordination with Finance and IT that will improve data integrity and timeliness of information to Finance and xhmxlyz management Assist with the development of real-time service line reporting and profitability assessment Assist with proforma and cost-benefit analyses development throughout the system Look for automation and improvements to standard reporting metrics and deliverables ​Qualifications: Senior Financial Analyst Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Healthcare industry experience is preferred Excellent excel skills #INNOV2025
