The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts payable functions and assisting with month-end close processes. Key Responsibilities of AP Staff Accountant: As an AP Staff Accountant, you will: Process invoices for all vendors with accuracy and timeliness Calculate raw material accruals and retrospective adjustments Prepare and post payroll journal entries Assist with month-end close (MEC), including accruals and financial reporting Manage company credit cards, including reconciliation and expense tracking Required Qualifications of AP Staff Accountant: To be successful as an AP Staff Accountant, you must have: Basic knowledge and experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes Proficiency xhmxlyz in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience with Excel Preferred Qualifications of AP Staff Accountant: While not required, the following would be a plus for the AP Staff Accountant role: Experience working in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with raw material costing or inventory accounting#INSEP2025
