The ideal candidate will bring at least seven years of U.S. law-firm or in-house experience, strong deal-and-transaction chops, and comfort working across sophisticated regulatory, corporate governance, and fund-formation matters.Why join us?You’ll work with a highly specialized practice recognized for servicing alternative-asset and financial-services clients, offering exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes matters.You’ll have true ownership of high-visibility work and direct interaction with senior stakeholders, enabling significant professional growth and impact.The hybrid model provides flexibility while ensuring meaningful in-office collaboration.You’ll join a collegial team environment that values business acumen, legal excellence and responsive client service.Job DetailsJ.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and membership in good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Minimum of 7 years’ post-bar admission experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department, ideally with a focus on funds, financial services, private-equity or regulated entities.Demonstrated experience on fund formation work (including private equity, hedge, or alternative-asset funds), as well as corporate and transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, governance).Solid knowledge of U.S. securities laws, investment-fund regulation, ERISA/tax considerations, and corporate governance.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills; ability to explain complex legal issues in business terms.Strong client-service orientation, professional maturity, the ability to manage multiple matters and priorities simultaneously.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Excellent communication skills (written and oral), and the capacity to build relationships with senior business executives.Interested in hearing more?
