Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization located in Milton, MA seeking a Payroll Manager to join their teamMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.About the Organization Seeking a Payroll Manager: Founded over 100 years ago, this education group offers a variety of programs The staff and faculty have low student ratios to increase impact and connection They have several new initiatives as of 2025, including expanding their reach for neurodivergent students, and working more in-depth with international students Hybrid working environment Responsibilities of the Payroll Manager: Oversee payroll on a biweekly, weekly, and monthly basis for 500+ employees Maintain employee information in ADP Reconcile 403b contribution and calculate organization match Prepare union dues Educate employees on time sheet submittal and managers on approval Manage the W-2 process for year-end Create payroll and employee compensation reports as requested Background xhmxlyz Expected of the Payroll Manager: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent (4 years) 3+ years of experience in a payroll role that includes multi-state and union functions CPP is a major plus Salary range, depending on experience:$85,000 - 95,000#INDEC2025
