The sweet spot is projects between $800K–$1M, with experience in SCIF work, office spaces, and emerging interest in data centers. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through closeout.What you‘ll need to succeedProven experience in commercial construction projects.
