Promotional and growth opportunities Flexible Schedule RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST: The Accounts Payable Specialist will check and approve all vouchers for payment. The Accounts Payable Specialist will prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary. Answer all vendor inquiries. Prepare accounts payable checks. Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files. Prepare analysis of accounts, as required. Assist in monthly closings. Perform 3 way match process. xhmxlyz Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST ROLE: At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid computer skills Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) #INDEC2025
