The Butler will perform his/her responsibilities with professionalism, enthusiasm, and with the upmost discretion. The Team Member will also uphold all company standards, policies and procedures.Qualifications:Experience in a Four or Five Diamond or Luxury Resort with proven skills to carry out these functions as a Butler, Personal Valet, Captain or Personal Coordinator. Working knowledge of beverage service. Excellent customer service skills. Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Professional appearance and demeanor. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to follow directions well, make quick decisions, remain discreet with all Guest information and activity and keep organized while under pressure.
