Join Our Growing Team as a Service Technician All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.Camping World is looking for a dedicated Recreational Vehicle Service Technician who is skilled in diagnosing and repairing RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs. If you are passionate about tackling mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance challenges, this job is for you We value exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and a solid background in maintenance and repairs. We also provide certification for those who are not certified yet. If you have experience in any of the following fields, we want to hear from you: Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or RV Service. Your Responsibilities: Conduct and document thorough diagnostic tests and perform necessary repair or replacement services for customers. Execute electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance tasks efficiently. Track and manage all parts and materials used during repairs or replacements. Keep your supervisor informed about the progress of your work. Ensure that all finished work meets quality standards and is inspected by your supervisor or designated personnel. Maintain a clean and safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. What You Need for Success: Certification from a college or technical school in trade fields such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance preferred, but relevant work experience is also considered. At least 1 year of experience as a service technician or in related fields is preferred. Ability to safely work at heights and handle hazards associated with electrical and welding equipment. Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness. Capable of prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. Must provide own hand/shop tools. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Valid driver’s license required. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $22.00 - $38.00 Hourly.
