This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who is passionate about intellectual property law and has a strong background in patent litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling high-stakes intellectual property disputes, including patent, trade, and ITC matters. Responsibilities:As a Permanent Associate - Litigation - Intellectual Property Litigation, you will be expected to:1. Handle a wide variety of patent, trade, and ITC litigation matters.2. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.3. Prepare and argue motions in federal court.4. Represent clients before the federal circuit and appeal board.5. Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.6. Develop case strategies and manage client relationships.7. Provide legal advice to clients on intellectual property rights.8. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service.9. Stay current on developments in intellectual property law and share knowledge with team members.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a particular focus on patent litigation.4. Strong technical background in engineering or a related field.5. Proven experience representing clients before the federal circuit and appeal board.6. Familiarity with ITC litigation.7. Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.8.
