A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Physical Therapist in West Virginia. The Physical Therapist would be working for a well-established home health organization and has career growth potential. If you are interested in this Physical Therapist position, please contact Lindsay at Physical Therapist Compensation · The pay for this position is $57.30 per hour . · Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. · A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. Physical Therapist Highlights · This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs. · The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM . Physical Therapist Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans based on physician orders/referrals. Complete comprehensive assessments using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools. Review patient records for diagnosis, medical history, precautions, and contraindications. Establish measurable goals and re-assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed. Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, patients, and family members. Recommend and assist in securing adaptive equipment to enhance patient function. Maintain accurate evaluation, treatment, and billing documentation in accordance with regulations. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Aides in patient care activities. xhmxlyz Attend staff development programs and continuing education as required.
