An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer science is also required. Registration to practice before the USPTO is strongly preferred. An advanced science or technical degree, industry experience, and computer programming skills are pluses.Candidates must have strong writing abilities, interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of technical analysis.
