SAR Investigation Analyst

OverviewMake your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.We are looking for experienced SAR Investigation Analysts for our global banking client on a project basis. This role is on-site in the Manhattan, NY office location and the project is expected to last over 12 months. ResponsibilitiesEffectively investigate transaction details to advise and file escalations for Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in line with regulatory guidelines and timeframesPrepare thorough reports of suspicious activity highlighting key findings and actions taken throughout the investigation stepsSubmit and process customer exit recommendationsMaintain daily and weekly investigations summaries ensuring timely review and resolution of cases in line with firm and bank requirementsPrepare and submit Continuous Activity Reports (CARs) when ongoing suspicious activity is detected. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 3+ years of relevant SAR writing and investigation experience  3 - 5 years of prior lookback experience at premier global banking institutionsQualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
