Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and actionable direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Design, implement, test, and debug complex software applications using languages such as Java, Python, and C++, integrating advanced features and optimizing system performance.Architect and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure software infrastructures; lead architectural reviews and contribute strategic input to system design.Manage large-scale software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives through effective cross-functional coordination.Conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices, while mentoring junior developers and fostering technical growth within the team.Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and API references to support development and integration.Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex software issues through root cause analysis, implementing long-term corrective actions to enhance system reliability. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS;Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field10+ years of experience in software development.Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++, with the ability to apply them across diverse development environments.Experienced in both front-end and back-end development, with a solid understanding of full-stack architecture and integration.
