Our client, a prominent Amlaw 50 firm, is seeking a driven Technology Transactions Associate Attorney to join its dynamic IP Transactions Practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advise innovative companies-from early-stage ventures to global leaders-on structuring, negotiating, and executing high-impact deals that shape their intellectual property and business strategies. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing 2-5 years of substantive experience in intellectual property transactions Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex collaboration, licensing, and partnering agreements Interest in expanding practice to technology transactions work in areas such as AI, fintech, renewable energy, cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies, in the emerging company/venture capital space Excellent research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail Commitment to professional excellence and a collaborative team mindset Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate collaboration, partnering, and licensing agreements for clients intechnology-driven sectors Advise clients on corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, licensing arrangements, and commercialization strategies for products and technologies at any stage of their life cycle (including emerging company/venture capital clients). Compensation & Benefits The expected annual base salary ranges from $235,000 to $365,000, based on experience and market factors. Eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
