As an Operations Manager at Clark's White Glove Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in our growing home delivery operation . You will oversee the day-to-day activities of our team, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products . With a fleet of 5 trucks daily, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in logistics. .Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage and lead a team of delivery professionals , including drivers and support staff, to ensure seamless daily operations.Routing and Scheduling: Efficiently plan and schedule delivery routes , optimizing resources and ensuring on-time deliveries .Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of delivery service , focusing on the safe handling of cabinets and furniture .Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels , ensuring accuracy and availability of products.Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly , ensuring a positive customer experience.Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols.Qualifications Proven experience in home delivery operations, preferably with cabinet or furniture delivery experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of routing and scheduling software is a plus. A commitment to safety and quality service.
