An experienced Special Education teacher with expertise in compliance and instructional coaching is needed for a contract role in a Minnesota K-12 school.

This position focuses on providing specialized instructional support and ensuring adherence to special education laws and timelines within a single school building.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Specialized Instructional Coach, supporting teachers in special education, intervention, and MTSS strategies Focus on Due Process by monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, rights, and timelines related to special education Track and manage required paperwork and procedural steps necessary for student compliance Collaborate with educators and staff to improve instructional practices and support for students with disabilities Provide guidance on best practices and interventions within the special education frameworkQualifications:Experience as a Special Education teacher with strong knowledge of legal compliance and special education laws Proven skills in coaching and supporting other educators in instructional techniques and intervention strategies Ability to manage caseload with attention to detail on legal and compliance aspects of special education Familiarity with MTSS frameworks and intervention models preferred Strong organizational and communication skillsLocation: Minnetonka, MN (One school building)Contract Details:Start: January 5, 2026 End: June 5, 2026 Hours: 36.25 per week W2 contract Hourly pay: $37-$43/hr Healthcare benefits and 401k availableThis role is ideal for Special Education professionals committed to compliance and instructional excellence in schools.
