They uphold terrain's four promises: to welcome, to inspire, to inform and to appreciate our customer. Role ResponsibilitiesShares tree knowledge to service the customer to assists with customer purchases by cutting, baling, and tying trees to vehicles Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of MPOS for an efficient check out Enjoys working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, contributing to the holiday experience by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others Assists leadership team in maintain tree yard standards and stocking trees Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store Role QualificationsExperience in customer service Basic knowledge and skill of power tools Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs and push 100lbs on a daily basis Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays The Perks URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
