This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing workflows, partnering with internal teams, and maintaining accuracy across a high-volume AP structure. You will support invoice processing, vendor communication, payment execution, and intercompany activities while contributing to an efficient, well-controlled accounting function. Accounting Specialist - Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000 to $65,000Benefits:• Medical, dental, and vision coverage• Paid time off and company holidays• Opportunities for professional development• Collaborative, onsite work environment Accounting Specialist - Requirements • Proven experience handling full-cycle accounts payable in a multi-entity environment• Ability to process, code, and route invoices accurately• Experience managing AP inboxes, vendor communication, and workflow across multiple entities• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including tying subledger to general ledger• Ability to support payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wires• Experience with intercompany activity and clearing transactions• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through• Comfort working 100 percent onsite• Experience with Dynamics GP preferred• Familiarity xhmxlyz with NetSuite and AP workflows integrating with Stamply is a plus Accounting Specialist - Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting complex organizational structures or family office environments• Background in multi-entity accounting • Ability to identify workflow improvements and streamline AP processes• Strong communication skills for partnering with internal teams and external vendors #INDEC2025#ZRCFS #LI-LJ1
