Key Responsibilities: Guest Services & First Impressions: Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, residents, and visitors, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. Personalized Assistance: Anticipate and fulfill various guest requests, from dining reservations to event tickets, transportation coordination, and more. Local Recommendations: Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, entertainment, and shopping in the Central West End and St. Louis area. Event & Community Engagement Support: Support resident events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and a positive guest experience at all times. Problem Solving: Address guest concerns with professionalism and a proactive mindset, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly to maintain a high standard of service. Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside the property management team to maintain a seamless, exceptional experience for all residents and guests. Qualifications: Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering personalized, five-star service to all guests. Experience: Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, or a customer service role is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure. Knowledge of St. Louis: Familiarity with the local area is a plus, but a passion for learning and helping others explore is essential. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using property management software, reservation systems, and other technology to assist guests.
