Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and accountability. Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team to align service standards with the restaurant’s vision. Monitor dining room flow, reservations, and guest satisfaction; resolve service issues promptly and graciously. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. Manage budgets, monitor P&L statements, control labor costs, and drive profitability. Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and procurement for FOH supplies. Coordinate private events and special service requests with precision and attention to detail. Lead daily pre-shift meetings, reinforcing service expectations and menu knowledge. Ensure adherence to brand standards, visual presentation, and cleanliness.Qualifications 3–5+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining establishments. Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate large teams. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in POS systems, reservations platforms, and MS Office Suite. ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred.
