Most of our attorneys choose to be full time in-office, so there are ample opportunities to collaborate in-person if you choose to do so.The ideal candidate will be one who understands and appreciates the value of what the firm offers. That includes: working with other attorneys who actually enjoy litigation; learning how to think about the strategy in a case from a unique perspective; working on a diverse range of cases; understanding how 10+ different court systems work; working in a high-energy practice without any screaming or other obnoxious conduct; using the best technology to assist the practice of law; doing real projects where you understand the overall strategy on the case; and working full-time but not all the time (1800 hrs per year).This position will require you to manage and litigate civil matters across a wide breadth of practice areas. Areas you are not yet familiar with may require intensive research and familiarization.Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school and being a member in good standing with the California Bar.
