We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who’s passionate about discovery, data, and delivering meaningful value. In this role, you’ll ensure that every product decision starts with a deep understanding of our users and results in solutions that are both viable and valuable.

You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive continuous learning, iterate fast, and build features that truly delight our customers.

What You’ll Do

Partner with design and engineering leads to run continuous product discovery for small, cross-functional teams.

Own the success of everything your team ships — from quality and usability to business impact and customer outcomes.

Define clear, measurable outcomes and track results to ensure we’re driving real customer and business value.

Use data-driven insights from customer feedback, usage patterns, and the market to influence roadmap decisions and prioritize effectively.

Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and feature proposals to internal and external senior leadership, building alignment around priorities.

Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to launch new features and communicate value effectively.

Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience, uncover product gaps, and generate ideas that improve satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and potential partnerships, using ROI analysis and build vs. buy frameworks to guide decisions.

Translate strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

Scope and prioritize work based on business impact and customer value.

Build trusted relationships across CloudZero — from leadership to engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.

What You’ll Need

5+ years of Product Management experience with SaaS products, ideally in a B2B environment.

A proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally and delivering impactful outcomes.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — you’re comfortable presenting ideas and building alignment at all levels.

A blend of technical fluency and a customer-first mindset, able to translate between business goals and technical requirements.

A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and can think strategically while executing tactically.

Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity.
