And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position OverviewThe Senior Manager, Actuarial will play a strategic role in supporting CVS Health's International Actuarial team. This position is designed for a leader who can drive business growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesForecast: Oversee forecasting across International segments (SME, Large Group, Government, Canada) and products (Medical, Rx, Dental)Reserves: Lead monthly reserve processes including adjustments, large claim accruals, and ERR.Reporting: Manage DOS reporting with detailed breakdowns by segment/product, cost category trends, and sales experience.Sales Support: Provide benchmarking, RFP assistance, trend surveys, and ad-hoc financial analysis.Strategic Insights: Translate analytics into actionable insights and present findings to leadership.Required QualificationsThis position offers broad exposure to all aspects of the business, as well as interaction with the business leaders. The candidate will be expected to have the following key attributes:ASA (Associates of the Society of Actuaries) or FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries)Bachelor's degree along with 5+ years of experience in actuarial or health insurance roles.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, VBA, Excel, MS Access, and data warehouse querying.Leadership: Proven project management and team leadership experience.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work across departments and independently.EducationRequired - Bachelor's DegreePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$118,450.00 - $260,590.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
