We are currently recruiting caregivers in Saint Paul, West Saint Paul, South Saint Paul, Oakdale, White Bear Lake, Saint Paul Park, Woodbury, and surrounding areas. Our caregivers are the keystone of our business Our caregivers possess the virtues of compassion, care, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem solving, a positive attitude and love. To those we serve, our caregivers represent who we are and what we stand for. From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etcetera) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, repositioning, dressing and bathing, etcetera), our caregivers provide a wide range of services. Caregivers work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends. Design your caregiver schedule to support your personal commitments. Requirements: * Must be able to pass background check * Must have a valid Minnesota driver's license or valid state ID * Access to reliable transportation (Bus, Uber, Lyft etc) * Must be able to provide two references * No experience required; we provide paid, hands-on training * Proficient English language skills and excellent communication skills * Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results * CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training preferred, but not required * Higher wage and mileage reimbursement considered for with reliable drivers Among the benefits of becoming a caregiver with us are: * Flexible schedules * Ongoing professional training * A career that is filled with both personal and professional satisfaction Always Best Care is an equal opportunity employer.
