We are currently seeking a Cook 3 - Breakfast Line to join our Culinary Team. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have strong breakfast line experience, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute all breakfast menu items-including eggs to order, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, and specialty dishes-according to standardized recipes and Hyatt quality standards
* Operate and maintain equipment such as flat tops, griddles, fryers, and ovens specific to breakfast production
* Set up and break down breakfast stations daily, ensuring all mise en place is prepared and stored properly for service
* Monitor food levels and replenish as needed during service to ensure consistent guest satisfaction
* Work multiple stations efficiently with speed and consistency in a high-volume setting
* Support and direct junior kitchen staff in the absence of a supervisor
* Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and culinary leadership
* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
* Ensure all food safety guidelines, temperature logs, and sanitation standards are followed consistently
