Job Description: Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer Lead to drive the development, enhancement, and support of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP Workflow, Fiori, Web Dynpro, Portal, BRF+, and LSMW, along with strong leadership skills to manage and mentor an offshore development team. Responsibilities: Lead SAP development projects and provide technical guidance across multiple SAP modules and platforms. Manage and coordinate the activities of an offshore SAP development team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Design, develop, and enhance SAP applications using: SAP Workflow. Fiori/UI5. Web Dynpro (ABAP/Java). SAP Enterprise Portal. BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus). LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench). Perform root cause analysis and debugging of complex SAP issues across modules. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to SAP development standards and best practices. Oversee transport management and system integration activities within SAP environments. Requirement/Must Have: Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP development. Proven experience leading SAP technical teams and coordinating offshore development efforts. Strong technical expertise in SAP Workflow, Fiori/UI5, Web Dynpro, SAP Portal, BRF+, and LSMW. Advanced ABAP programming and debugging skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Qualification and Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Should Have / Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in S/4HANA environments. SAP certifications (ABAP, Fiori, or related areas). Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies in SAP environments.
