Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Are you the kind of Commercial Lines Account Manager who takes pride in precision, relationships, and results? You understand P&C coverages inside and out-GL, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella-and you know how to balance marketing, renewals, and service while keeping clients confident and informed. About the Role Manage a select portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts, delivering dependable, proactive service. Drive retention through meaningful coverage reviews, renewal preparation, and strategic cross-selling. Collaborate closely with leadership to streamline workflows and elevate client experience. Strengthen partnerships with carriers and underwriters to secure the best terms and solutions. Provide mentorship and operational support to team members using Applied Epic or AMS360. What You Bring 3+ years in Commercial Lines account management. Active Property & Casualty license. Proven skill in Applied Epic (or similar AMS). Detail-driven, collaborative, and accountable. Confidence to lead, organize, and communicate effectively. Compensation Base salary: $50,000-$70,000 Full benefits package; advancement potential within a growing agency.
