Job Description: Experienced programmer/Analyst for the Lawson S3 Human Resources and Payroll applications. 7 years programming experience, preferably in the Lawson HCM ERP environment. 5 years experience as a COBOL program developer, preferably MS-COBOL. 3 years experience in an HCM ERP environment. Required Lawson Development Workbench experience in coding and compiling. Required - strong SQL programming skills. Required - Landmark IPA workflow programming experience. Must have some knowledge of HCM components, how it is all integrated into other HCM modules, with Finance, external vendors, financial institutions, and government entities. Collaborative team member. Must be a problem solver and a willingness to brainstorm with colleagues and users. Good communication skills when in team environment, meetings and when collaborating with the user community. Candidate has project work experience and Go Live migration experience. Willing to perform Production Support duties and being on-call. Must be able to articulate solutions and document it. Adhoc reporting skills are a plus. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook are a plus. This HCM team must function with a very high level of confidentiality and a strong mind-set of data security.
