Job Description: Pay Range: $70.90hr - $75.90hr We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to design electrical parts, modules, and subsystems, supporting the development of complete systems. The ideal candidate will manage the full design process, from requirements specification to prototype testing and handoff to manufacturing, while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. Requirement/Must Have: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working collaboratively with mechanical, optical, software, systems, and manufacturing engineers. Proficiency with electrical design tools such as OrCAD, PSpice, or similar. Ability to develop supporting documentation, including assembly and test procedures, and service manuals. Experience managing suppliers to ensure design requirements are achieved. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design engineering. Responsibilities: Design electrical parts, modules, and subsystems to support full system design. Manage the complete design process, including requirements specification, feasibility studies, cost and schedule analysis. Conduct hands-on testing and analysis: circuit, timing, thermal/cooling, and electrical loads. Perform conceptual and detailed design using design tools, create detailed drawings, and develop design review presentations. Procure prototype parts, integrate systems, and conduct prototype testing. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration at the subsystem and system levels. Address and resolve product issues throughout product phases. Develop documentation such as assembly/test procedures and service manuals. Work closely with suppliers to ensure all design requirements are specified and met. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in electrical design and simulation tools. Qualification and Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
