Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time hospitalist to join our established program at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Qualified Candidates:

* Must be board certified in internal medicine or family medicine
* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Hospitalist Program Information:

* 10 and 12 hour physician shifts
* 16-29 patient visits/day for each hospitalist
* Dedicated nocturnists
* Closed ICU
* No procedures required

* 220-bed acute care facility
* Level II Trauma Center
* 24/7 full-service ER
* 2 freestanding ERs
* 24/7 dedicated inpatient hospitalist program
* 24/7 dedicated inpatient intensivist program
* Internal medicine, family medicine, and psychiatry GME residency programs with Tufts University affiliation
* 30-bed inpatient psychiatric unit including 16 involuntary beds
