What You'll Do:

* Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the location.
* Receive, document, and respond to incoming calls and requests for assistance, prioritizing incidents according to site-specific protocols.
* Coordinate with on-site personnel and management to relay critical information and support emergency response activities.
* Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatched activities, incidents, and communications in accordance with site requirements.
* Assist in the implementation of security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help to deter incidents and promote a secure environment.
* Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from visitors, employees, and/or residents at the location.
* Support Allied Universal team members during critical situations by providing calm and clear communication.

Minimum Requirements:

* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
