Requirements Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience in the field. - Minimum of two years of accounting experience within the real estate industry. - Proficiency in Yardi software and advanced Excel skills. - Strong understanding of month-end close processes, general ledger management, and account reconciliations. - Ability to prepare and analyze journal entries and financial statements. - Skilled in interpreting complex documents, including mortgages and financial notes. - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with legal, management, and accounting teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute special projects as needed.
