**Job Summary**

**Summary:** **This position is located at the University of Oklahoma Athletics.** Responsible for the successful operation of concession stand to which he/she is assigned. Supervises staff.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required operational level.

+ Oversee and resolve any and all guest disputes.

+ Trains stand attendants.

+ Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.

+ Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
