As a Guest Experience Leader, you'll be the face of our restaurant-welcoming guests, assisting with orders, and ensuring every visit is a great one. What You'll Do: + Greet every customer with a warm, friendly smile. + Guide guests through the ordering process, including using kiosks or the mobile app. + Ensure a clean, comfortable, and inviting dining area. + Proactively address guest needs and resolve any concerns quickly. + Collaborate with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable experience.
