Are you living your life's work?Chester County Hospital - Full Time Cook II openingFloating start time for shifts could start between 5:00am - 11:00amExperience preferred, flexibility to work floating schedule, ability to work weekends and holidaysSummary: Performs a variety of duties related to the production and assembly of hot food. Performs advanced cooking and reheating and cleaning and sanitation as required.Responsibilities: Production of stock and cream based soups.Advanced knife skills in slicing, chopping.Ability to produce consistent sauces and gravies as required.Advanced roasting, sautéing, and grilling.Ability to process, store and thaw food in compliance with local and federal regulations.Daily sanitation and cleaning of work stations.Credentials: CFP ServSafe Food Protection (Required) Education or Equivalent Experience: H.S.
