Description & RequirementsCome join our family at In-N-Out BurgerWe have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Worker in our Colorado Springs, CO warehouse. The Warehouse Worker will pull orders, prepare orders for delivery, receive and process warehouse products; may perform other warehouse functions as needed.General ResponsibilitiesOrder pulling on a routine basis: Moving food items from storage areas to the shipping palletPhysically pull orders from shelves and load them onto trucksResponsible for keeping products separated, organized and in good rotationTransporting packed items onto the shipping pallet; load onto the delivery truckPerform any combination of receiving, storing and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of productPulling and preparing store product orders using an electric riding pallet jack, forklift, and hand-truck for deliveryMaintain accurate inventoryWork Schedule + BenefitsFull-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)Hours: 11:00am - 9:30pm (Sun-Wed) (4) days per week, set schedule (Subject to change)Weekend and holiday availability required; Overtime as necessaryExcellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing Plan and 401(k) PlanFree meals on work daysPay Range is $22.00-23.75 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors. Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED (required)Valid Colorado Driver's License1-2 years warehouse experience, or Order Puller experience (preferred)1-2 years experience working in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar warehouse experience (preferred)Exceptional oral and written communication skillsDependable and Reliable; Excellent time management skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of managementPhysical Demands/RequirementsAbility to lift a minimum of 60-75 lbs.Ability to work with heavy machineryExperience using an electric riding pallet jack, forklift, and hand-truck for delivery (preferred)ABOUT In-N-Out BurgerIn-N-Out Burger was founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park, California, and remains privately owned and operated.
