Job Summary and Qualifications Echo Technologist As an Echo Technologist, you will provide echocardiographic and non-invasive cardiologic examination services to neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult & geriatric patients. You will also prepare patients for exams, monitors progress and records results. Responsibilities: * You will maintain, compile, calculate and prepare findings for physician interpretation and archiving * You will complete position responsibilities by following established guidelines & protocols within the appropriate period * You will maintain education and development appropriate for position What qualifications you will need: * Completion of an accredited; approved program in Sonography * Registry required eligible from The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) * BLS * One to three years of experience * Basic computer skills, ultrasound equipment and probes HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital is a 237 bed acute care hospital.
