Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare is seeking full-time and PRN Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee, Florida.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
* Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
* Will consider Board-Certified Family Medicine (ABFM) or Board-Certified Internal Medicine (ABIM) with at least 24 months of current Emergency Medicine experience
* Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
* PRN must be available to work 288 hrs./yr.

* 29,000 Emergency Medicine visits per year
* 11-bed Emergency Department, including 3 fast-track
* 20% admission rate
* 24 hours of physician coverage
* 24 hours of APP coverage
* Active partnership with sister facility in close proximity for Trauma, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery and Pediatric support/transfers
