Shift Leader - Dunkin'

What You'll Do

* Lead by example and ensure a positive, team-oriented shift experience
* Support the management team by assigning tasks and coaching crew members throughout the shift
* Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests
* Maintain store cleanliness and ensure food safety procedures are followed
* Monitor shift performance and help meet sales and labor targets
* Open and close the restaurant as needed, following brand standards
* Handle minor customer concerns and escalate as needed

What You Bring

* Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role (food service or retail preferred)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
