Sr Attorney I-1

To provide legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, local and/or international laws. Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctorate Degree from an A.B.A accredited law school and admission to the bar. At least six (6) years of experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney in relevant area of law. Superior academic record. Ability to determine appropriateness of settlement or litigation. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations and communications skills. Preferred Qualifications: •Demonstrable experience advising on export controls and sanctions in a government, in-house or law firm setting. •Excellent project management skills and experience developing or supporting the elements of an effective export and sanctions compliance program. •Strong written, verbal and executive presentation skills. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $9,932.42/month - $22,844.58/month Additional Details: Position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, or Washington, D.C. Candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance.
